Thursday night I had a wonderful experience in the Hoboken Medical Center ER. The back to my earring was completely in my earlobe. I don’t know how it happened, and I don’t want to know how it happened. All that I know is that it took the doctor almost a half hour to get it out.
While I was sitting in the waiting room, a Hispanic family went into shock after hearing what I assume was bad news. Two of the women were on the floor throwing a fit and acting hysterical. Now, I understand that when bad things happen, people get upset, but really… it was a quite a show.
So after they got the earring out of my ear, I was put on some wonderful antibiotics. Hopefully they’ll help with the cold I also have.
