Escaping the City
Today, Mr. IT and I fled the city to get some fresh country air. We went to his family’s lake house on Greenwood Lake. On our way there, he put on the Sirius Sinatra station (he likes lithium, but he knows that Frank is my favorite!) and “So Nice” by Astrud Gilberto came on. It was just so fitting! Driving through the woods, listening to one of my favorite songs with him.

Random Question
I’m watching a show, and they’re talking about getting engaged, and how the person is going to ask his girlfriend. Now… not that I’m thinking of marriage or rushing into anything. This is totally just a random thought. Am I the only girl out there who would want to be proposed to with a shoe instead of a ring?
